The largest sporting event the Middle East has ever seen will take place in Qatar in just under 75 days, with the participation of 32 teams.

The Duhail Handball Sports Hall, which debuted in 2014, will serve as the Senegal team’s home during the competition.
Netherlands – The St. Regis Doha
During the competition, the sumptuous St. Regis Doha will also serve as a World Cup team hotel, with the Netherlands team sleeping here.
There are 335 rooms to select from, but the hotel’s Olympic-sized outdoor pool is undoubtedly our favorite feature.
The newly reopened steakhouse Astor Grill and afternoon tea spot Sarab Lounge are both options for the Netherlands team when they get hungry. This boutique hotel is located in Al Wakrah, close to the souq, about 25 minutes outside of Doha’s downtown.
As this World Cup team hotel is made up of a number of historic homes, the England team will get a taste of Qatari culture while they are there.
The all-day dining restaurant Jarnen offers Mediterranean cuisine, while Markhan serves Arabic food.

Iran – AlRayyan Hotel Doha, Curio Collection by Hilton
Since the Al Rayyan Hotel has direct access to the Mall of Qatar, let’s hope the Iranian football team left plenty of room in their suitcases.
Along with shops, the hotel features a gym, an outdoor pool, and the afternoon tea lounges Mezzo and Moda.
The team can also reserve a stay at a unique themed suite that was unveiled earlier this year if any of its members are fans of Hot Wheels.

The Argentinian team will be staying on the Qatar University campus in northern Doha near the Doha Golf Club.
Saudi Arabia – Sealine Beach, a Murwab Resort
The Saudi Arabian football squad will have a tranquil stay at this resort, which has 58 private villas and is about 45 minutes’ drive from Doha.
This location is at Sealine Beach, as the name would imply, and during downtime, players can engage in a variety of water sports, including riding a jet ski or taking a tour in a doughnut boat.
