Nigerian rapper, YCee has expressed his concern about the recent statement made by afro pop star, Wizkid.
According to him, Wizkid coming after rappers was a very bad thing and that he should have resented to such action.
He wrote on his Twitter, “This thing wey Wiz Dey do no make sense. Rappers work so hard in an industry that doesn’t even favor them. No funding. No support. No nothing. And you wanna make fun of that? Nah G That is not it”
Wizkid had recently attacked rappers in an interview with M10 Magazine. The musician claimed that rap is “boring” and so are those who listen it. Wizkid also stated that rap has a “monotonous beat”
Aside YCee, other rappers have come after Wizkid for making such statement. Among them was Oladips who released a freestyle video to diss the singer.
