R Kelly to be released from prison, lawyer reveals a witness lied, files for two motions

On three charges of creating child pornography and three counts of persuading a juvenile to engage in sexual activity, Kelly at the age of 55, of Chicago, was found guilty.

The mandatory minimum punishment for producing child pornography in federal court is ten years, while the maximum sentence is twenty years.

News coming out currently the singer’s lawyers have filed for a petition for the case to be acquitted based on a new development.

It is revealed that his lawyers filed two motions in Chicago federal court on Tuesday, asking a new trial or a turnabout of his child pornography and s3x abuse convictions.

The singer’s lawyer says there was lack of evidence to prove that R. Kelly forced his victims and continued that an early witness disclosed a gasket information in the court.
