“I have nothing to do with weight loss gummies or diet pills…” Oprah Winfrey warns fans against falling victim to companies selling weight loss products using her name

In a recent Instagram video, the former talk show host and media face, Oprah Winfrey, expressed her concern to her fans about how some weight loss companies are using her name and image as an advertisement brand.

In the short video, Oprah spoke about how she was edible weight loss products and gummies. She also entreated her fans to stay away from such products.

Winfrey also addressed the issue of online scams in her name. According to her, several people had approached her to make inquiries about weight loss gummies.

In the video, Oprah Winfrey said, “I have nothing to do with weight loss gummies or diet pills and I don’t want you all taken advantage of by people misusing my name.”

“There have been social media ads, emails, and fake websites going out and I want you to hear it straight from me, that I have nothing to do with them. Please don’t be taken advantage of and don’t give your personal information to them.”

Winfrey is a known partner of WW International. The company was formerly known as Weight Watchers. They were into making weight loss products.

Oprah has however spoken against people using her name to advertise such products and urged her fans to stay away from such product use.
