According to him; “New Twitter policy is freedom of speech, but not freedom of reach. Negative/hate tweets will be max deboosted & demonetized, so no ads or other revenue to Twitter. You won’t find the tweet unless you specifically seek it out, which is no different from rest of Internet.
He added that the policy will be applied to only the tweet not the entire account.
“Note, this applies just to the individual tweet, not the whole account.”

Justin Amash;
“It’s your company, so you’re free to enact any policy you like. But free speech includes speech that challenges and sometimes offends others. That’s how people grow. Making “negative” tweets harder to find hurts this process, and there’s no way this policy can be applied evenly.”
“If you want to cut negativity in a way that upholds the ideal of free speech, then tackle audience capture. The timeline should be chronological only, no other option. This would reduce overall engagement, but it would also break echo chambers and require no arbitrary decisions.”
